Make a routine maintenance request

Please make a routine maintenance request by completing a green Work Order form available in the lobby or through Equinox Resident Portal.

You can also make a maintenance request by emailing the following information:

  • Resident Name:
  • Phone Number:
  • Email Address:
  • Apartment Number:
  • Location of maintenance request (i.e. kitchen, bathroom, 1st bedroom, etc.):
  • Description of maintenance request:
  • You can also include a picture of the problem if you have one.

Maintenance will contact you when they will be coming out to complete your maintenance requests.  Most routine requests can be completed within 2 business days.

Will I be charged for maintenance requests?

You will not be charged for most maintenance repairs.  If the damage was caused by neglect or misuse by the resident, you will be charged for the repair.  Our maintenance staff will inform you beforehand if you will be charged for the repair.  Residents will be charged for after-hours lock outs.

Emergency maintenance requests

During office hours, you may report emergency maintenance requests by contacting the Leasing office at 215-966-8627.  After office hours, please call the emergency maintenance line at 610 755-8593 and leave a voicemail message with a description of your maintenance request, name, apartment address, and phone number.  Only emergencies will be responded to.
